Hi Dave, sorry late getting back to you,

I have thought of doing a combined Alien/Predator later at some point, glad to see someone thinking like I do hehe.

As for finishing, it will probably be finished around the end of next week, as I am only doing small areas at a time. It's quite a difficult subject and as it's a gift I want it to be right first time hehe.

I am about halfway atm, and once finished I will sharpen and darken a lot of it.

I will be posting a little more progress shortly actualy.

Also I think the idea of your doing an homeless guy for a charity is a great idea, kudos for that.

not to much going on around here but i do like to look at all the art.

I have many interests, and Pyrography is at the top of a long list.

I have been doing Pyrography now for around eight years, after buying a small Janik machine, which I still use, as well as a Colwood machine that I don't use half as much as I should.

I have now taken early retirement at 56 years old due to physical problems due to constant driving at 50 - 80 deliveries a day for eight years.

I have been now fired up again (no pun intended), to further develop my pyrographic art.

Whilst I don't rate my talent or work geat, I get a lot of satisfaction from it, but now I feel it is time to take another step up and try other styles of burning as well as sticking to the style I have developed for myself.

I also believe in giving something back to the craft, and the people that follow it as well as those new to it, therefore I am always looking for ways to express that through the great social networking potential of forums.

So here I am.
